Update DNS related inet{6,}num

Browse source 
- Move to DN42-MNT, to reflect the fact they are infrastructure related
 - Make objects consistent
 - Reserve 172.21.0.53/32 and 172.22.0.53/32 for future use
 - Remove obsolete mntners from route objects to prevent accidental use of legacy DNS
