Renumber IPv6 for the FELIX network

- This is a randomly generated prefix unlike the previous one which was
  mostly random.

- I ended up not using the old prefix for a few years as I was not on
  dn42 at the time and let OpenWrt generate my core ULA prefix when
  setting up my new homelab during that period I was not on dn42.
